DC Hybrid Skating programs are geared towards seeing long term gains for all the athletes. Our focus is on the long term development of all those who choose to participate. We focus on skating specific techniques off-ice and incorporate those into the on-ice portion. Our off-ice portion works on flexibility, balance, agility, spatial/temporal awareness and builds the strength needed to help increase a players ability to perform at a greater level on the ice. What's great about our program is that it unlike a summer camp where everything is taught in a week, as we have a full summer to create long term gains. Spaces are limited so please sign up soon to insure a spot will be reserved for you.
Private Lessons and small group training is available for both on ice and off ice. To schedule and for pricing please email:

- Skate more efficiently
- How to use SKATING to change your game
- Strength Training and Rapid Force Production safely and appropriately per maturation of individuals
- Education on game specific situations
- Fun Learning Environment
DC Hybrid Skating is an exciting and rewarding environment with “skating specific training” that is geared towards seeing long-term gains for all athletes. Our focus is on creating an environment that encourages each athlete to engage in their own long-term development.
DC Hybrid’s signature is built around skating because in any rink anywhere in the world, if you can’t skate you will have a much more difficult time being successful with your team and being noticed by scouts at the next levels. With this signature, DCHS ATHLETES have been successful at all elite levels — Div I, AHL, and NHL.
We look forward to a fun and productive summer of training!
